What learned about the Holocaust is that a lot of innocent people lost their lives over 11 million people just over half were Jewish. Adolf was mad at some Jews because they said he was not good enough to make a career of painting.  And because of those few Jews he made a lot of them pay for the others actions. He thought because some Jews did not like him and he did not like them that he did not like all Jews.So because a few people 11 million people lost their life in his rain of terror.  But he killed himself on may 2nd 1945 when he committed suicide. It all started with some hate filled people.

   Some lessons I will take forth into life as I get older is treat people fairly. They told him he wasn’t good enough because he was not Jewish and he knew that that is what made him so mad.  Also don’t judge a lot of people because of a few people.  Not all people are just like those few people they might be a lot different.  So don’t judge people because they believe differently than you or look different or act different or else you might cause the next Holocaust.

Dear Diary,

      Today I was at Annemarie’s house playing dolls.  Her mom and dad read a newspaper and figured out that the Nazi’s are going to relocate all the Jews. Whatever that means?  The way her dad said it it does not sound very good.  I will be pretending to be her sister for a bit. Which should not be to hard because we are so close. Her father said at one time I had three daughters and I am happy to have the daughters again. It made me feel a little better about staying here.  I would feel alot better if I had even one idea where my parents where. A man took them somewhere and said they would be safe.  I worry more and more every minute.  Well going to bed.

I can’t sleep!  I’m just to worried thinking will I ever see my family again.  Will they get found by the nazi’s?  Will I get found by the nazi’s? Will the solder’s come again? Will Annemarie’s family get caught?  Will they be taken or even worse killed? What is there prodlem with Jews?  Why was I born into this this this this DISASTER? I have way too many questions and not enough answers but the biggest question is….. WHY?
