Superbowl Blowout

A few years ago my team made it to the Superbowl. It was a good year to make it to the Superbowl because it was at the cowboy stadium. We had a chance to be the best team in America. The only team stopping us was a team from Colorado. They had won every game they played by at least 35 points or more. To make matters worse they were 5A and we were 2A. But that did not stop us before so why now?

We had got the ball first. The ball was at the 40 yard line. We tossed Sam the ball and he ran 60 yards for the touchdown. We got the extra 2 points for an early 8-0 lead. Mildog kicked off and Sam through the kid with the ball around like a rag doll. I busted through the line like they were a bump on a log. The quarterback did not see me coming so I hit him and he fumbled the ball. Our whole team was in the backfield but Sam recovered the ball for a touchdown. We had a 16-0 lead by the second quarter. Most of that quarter nothing happened except the last 30 seconds. They were at their 10 yard line and passed it at the back of the endzone. With 5 seconds left I intercepted the ball and ran for a touchdown. We had a 24-0 lead at the half.

While we were getting drinks I heard Mildog talking to Sam saying there is no way we are losing because they stink. But he had turned our luck around that half. The third quarter they scored 3 touchdowns to make it a 24-24 game in the last quarter. They scored a touchdown but did not get the 2 points.with 10 seconds left we thought we would lose but we got a last second touchdown to win!

The most important thing I learned was nothing is going to be handed to you you have to work for it.

My favorite project was I wonder.

I was surprised most by how fast the year went by.

The thing I dislike most is leaving.

The lookouts have hired a new female pitcher!  Her name is Jackey Michel.  She struck out Babe Ruth and Lou gehrig!  All the people who said girls can’t play baseball where just proven wrong.  Who will be the next female to play mlb.

Unfair tax

We where talking about how people where taxed.  we had peppermints and a king and 2 tax collectors.  We would get taxed for random things that some people where taxed for the tax was some peppermints.  I learned that people where taxed unfairly for different things like tea and paper materials.  It was not fair for the people paying tax.

A memory from 2014,and what I waiting for in 2015

2014- Something I will remember from 2014 is.  I was suppose to be on the WhiteOak baseball allstars team.  I didn’t want to be so I could spend time with my dad.   Later my dad got a call from the head coach he said they where a few players short and he wondered if I wanted to play with them in state.  I said yes really excited because i’ve never been to state before.  It was a 2 out of 3 tournament.  The opposite team won the first game.  So I was nervous but I did not stop believing because we do this thing before every game we huddle and say I believe.  It means I believe in god others and ourselves.  We had won the next game and I was really excited. When the third game came I was really nervous but we won!  We where state champions!

 

2015-   something i’m looking forward to in 2015 is middle school because all the new teachers.  I get to go to a new building but i’m a little nervous but the teachers will help me if i’m having trouble.  I know they are good teachers in middle school but i’ll miss the teachers I have now in elementary. I have had a lot of fun in elementary but i’m ready for middle school.
